A few days ago we learned that The Association of Schools of Alternative Health Sciences "Natural Health Science", the only workshop of liberal studies  that has been teaching the course of crystal therapy in Greece for the past 7 years with consistency and efficiency, will not include it in its curriculum the next academic year. It was a notice that surprised us, especially because such an educational institution with the credibility and validity that distinguishes it chose to stop teaching this course without any notice, while ending its cooperation with the professor Shakila Ioanna Brati, an excellent therapist who has devoted many years studying and teaching the healing properties of crystals, indicating a proper love and responsibility towards the subject.

One of the main objectives that were also a spur to the establishment of the Association of Greek Crystal Healers was the spread of crystal therapy, through - among other things - the creation of some standards and regulations under which it can be taught as a subject from various colleges who wish to integrate crystal therapy into their curriculum. Moreover, it was and remains our intention to find and highlight other academic options to help improve the teaching and development level of crystal therapy in Greece. The fact that not only were not created more divisions, but the only one that existed in Greece was closed, makes us feel disappointed but also motivates us to try harder to cope with the increasingly difficult target we have set.

It is a pity for the people who want to study crystal therapy in Greece to not have the opportunity to do it in a reliable and valid school, when in other EU countries there are dozens of schools not only teaching crystal therapy but also bringing even higher demands and standards for obtaining a degree, giving the subject of crystal therapy the prestige and respect it deserves. We hope that one day we will see the method of Crystal healing taking the place it deserves in Greece, while from our side we are willing to contribute in any way we can towards that direction.
